The company has been involved with a private client recently to aid them in the renovation of a restaurant cum retail outlet in Wicklow.

 

It was the clients stated aim to marry the two together as it is a proven building model and it was our responsibility to cover the statutory requirements namely; Planning, Fire Cert and Disability Access Cert as well as inform on the layouts of the property and project manage. 

The most recent intervention was to attempt to convert the external areas as well as reconfigure the internal layout to maximise the build space for day to day use. In doing this a new block has been proposed in the internal courtyard to house sanitary facilities thereby creating a tea rooms with direct access from the road frontage. 

The project is currently on site.
